First stop Reiki in Oakville with Sandra Lam

We started our tour with an excellent visit with Sandra and her family in Oakville Ontario.  Sandra is a Reiki Master of Wanja's and we taught a first and second degree class while we were there.  We also had the great honour of visiting the Wellspring Facility (the large white house) which is a cancer support resource facility offering all kinds of emotional, physical, social and informational programs at no charge, for individuals and families dealing with cancer.  Sandra volunteers there on a regular basis.  A little piece of paper up on the Wellspring wall summed it all up nicely..."yesterday is history, tomorrow a mystery, and today is a gift, that is why it is called the present".  You can check out their website at www.wellspring.ca.  Sandra's family has their own wellness program in the form of a hand-made sauna built in the backyard by Sandra's husband Jeff.  You can see the sauna at the bottom of the page.
